Cranberries provide a bright, acid tartness to this blended green juice, and contribute a hefty dose of vitamin C to boost your immune system and deliver glow-giving antioxidants. Spinach and pear add grassy lightness and sweet depth. This juice is delicious first thing in the morning, or any time you’re in need of a seasonal pick-me-up.
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 medium pear
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 3 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour. Drink. Feel nourishment fill every cell.
