Wowzeers I can’t believe I have less than 10 days until I leave for a new adventure in beautiful Bali, I am totally buzzing about taking another teacher training. This time I just know that it will be a different kind of training, focusing more on yoga from the heart, expressing your true self. I love every moment of teaching yoga and try to offer everyone who comes to my class something different and hopefully special that is unique to them. My hope is that I can always give you a special experience and share the magic that yoga has to offer. With this in mind I decided I needed to take another intense Yoga Teacher Training(YTT) of 250 hours over 21 days.. I choose ITSA Life because of the founder, whom I met originally over 7 years ago now in Bali, when I took my first teacher training, Randall Simpson.
“Through this life study and transformative journey you will become a guide in self and lifestyle health that offers authentic teachings with great teaching methodology, presence and ethics.” These quotes are from ITSA Life. “This teacher training’s philosophy holds high value for this balancing act, of a spiritual life learner and teacher, should firstly be for our own self and life.” In this month I am really looking forward to working on my balancing act and cultivating a way of transmitting it to you in our session. This training also uses Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Tantra yoga in it’s program, I am super curious about the Yin and Tantra as it’s not something I am familiar with at the moment. I am going to try and keep you guys updated with a little daily blog on how things are going out there and share with you some of things that I learn.
